By using our Service, you consent to our privacy policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will update the date above. This online privacy policy applies to information collected through our website, a software application for Shorthand, and Apps (collectively, the "Service").

Information collected

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, respond to a survey, fill out a form or use our Service.

When ordering, registering or using our Service, as appropriate, we may gather your: name, username, e-mail address, location, mailing address, phone number, gender, birthday/age, wireless carrier and handset model. These server logs may include information such as the feature you selected, your SMS message to us, the SMS message response to you, your wireless carrier, your web request, your browser type, your browser language and the date and time of your request. Passwords are not logged.
